En el evento se conoció la iniciativa de varias obras, entre ellos una de los más grandes e importantes ‘El Tren de cercanías’ propuesto por la Cámara de Comercio de Pereira.
Se realizó el primer Bloque Parlamentario de Risaralda de 2022 en el centro de eventos y convenciones Expofuturo con parlamentarios, autoridades gubernamentales y del sector privado para identificar los proyectos relevantes para el departamento.
El evento inició con la bienvenida del presidente de la junta directiva de la Cámara de Comercio de Pereira por Risaralda, Germán calle, quien recordó que tras 18 años de vida del Bloque Parlamentario, de nuevo se dan cita los actores involucrados en la construcción de la región a través de grandes proyectos para aportar a la competitividad.
El presidente ejecutivo de la Cámara de comercio de Pereira por Risaralda, Jorge Iván Ramírez continuó con la apertura del encuentro resaltando que se busca avanzar sin colores políticos para lograr acuerdos en temas fundamentales, no sólo para 4 años en este departamento, hasta 2050 con los parlamentarios y los representantes de gremios y las entidades que se hicieron presentes.
El ‘Tren de cercanía’ uno de los grandes proyectos liderados por la Cámara de Comercio de Pereira por Risaralda, es un reto para la integración regional del eje cafetero que espera avanzar a los estudios de prefactibilidad de acuerdo a lo expuesto por Hellman David Camargo, ingeniero civil y director de proyectos del área de desarrollo regional de la entidad.
El Alcalde de Pereira, Carlos Maya le hizo un llamado a la bancada parlamentaria para unir esfuerzos en los proyectos que se están desarrollando como: El Hospital de alta complejidad, la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales, la nueva Avenida Cerritos, 6 escenarios deportivos, la granja para habitante de calle, sisbén para perros y gatos, 200 cámaras de reconocimiento facial y de placas instaladas y en de Pereira Distrito logístico y su zona de influencia.
Los representantes de Risaralda
Durante la jornada hizo presencia de manera virtual e senador Juan Pablo Gallo quien manifestó la importancia del Bloque parlamentario que busca trabajar unidos por el departamento.
Otro de los senadores presentes fue Samy Merheg quien expresó que la tecnología obsoleta debe estar lejos del proyecto de vías férreas, para poder integrarnos a las vías del país con el Tren de cercanías.
Merheg también dijo quisiera ver el parque El Vergel hecho realidad y que se debe apostar a lo que ya está andando como los Mega colegios para que no hayan obras inconclusa.
Otras visiones
El representante a la Cámara Anibal Hoyos, señaló que hay que darle atención a los jóvenes del campo, motivarlos con políticas que les permitan ser productivos en sus tierras, además de apoyar planes de vivienda rural a través de un banco de tierras. Hoyos también agregó que ve de manera positiva las iniciativas de los centros de desarrollo infantil, de desintoxicación y granjas para habitantes de calle.
La congresista Carolina Giraldo, explicó que los proyectos relacionados a la salud y educación son necesidades básicas que muchos niños no tienen y que “Risaralda tiene una diversidad de proyectos en varios sectores pero nos gustaría relacionados con paisaje cultural cafetero y turismo, incluso acoger los proyectos de municipios pequeños para sacar prioridades.
Diego Patiño, el representante a la cámara dijo que debemos identificar cuál es nuestra vocación en Risaralda y que es positivo ver al sector privado interesarse en las actividades propias de la bancada de congresistas porque si trabajamos en conjunto logramos éxito.
Para finalizar Alejandro García, también congresista apoyó la iniciativa de revisar que está en fase 3 y qué está andando, para darle continuidad a los proyectos como vías del Samán, entre otros que le aporten a Risaralda como la visión de una vía férrea conectando con el Pacífico, el traslado del batallón y los mencionados por los entes públicos y privados.
